"I live in small town Saskatchewan, Canada where I can see the horizon for miles. Big skies are a common theme in my paintings. I like to explore other subjects as well and aim to convey a particular mood or atmosphere in each piece through interesting brushwork and palette knife passages. I enjoy the techniques of impressionism and tonalism. I have three children and I am an avid gardener."
