Our 3rd annual Joy Exhibition is now open! This show is our holiday smalls exhibition, providing an easy and creative holiday shopping experience for our clients.
- All submissions must be priced at $500 or less.
- Submission can be no larger than 20x20' Square and rectangular.
- Exhibition runs from November 28th- January 31st 2025.
- The theme is joy again so that can be anything that evokes joy to you or others.
ENTRY SPECIFICATIONS:
- Dimension specifications: Square and rectangle canvases/panels only. Artworks can be any size under 20' on the longest side.
- $5 fee per submission. No submission limit.
- Acceptable mediums include acrylics, oil and mixed media painting. Paintings must be on gallery depth canvas or panel. At this time, we are unable to accommodate sculpture, photography, prints, or any piece that requires a glass covering.
- All work needs to be hang-ready. Framing is optional but if not framed, sides must be clean and finished. A fee of $25 will be charged for every artwork without hanging gear.
- Price of work is at artists discretion.
- Deadline to submit is November 1st, 2024 by 5pm. Artists will be notified of acceptance within 5-7 business days of the deadline.
- Chosen works to be delivered to gallery no later than November 15, 2024

Oakville, Ontario L6J 1J6 - The Exhibition Opening Reception will be held on November 28th. Artist reception will be held from 2-4pm on November 28th.
- All shipping (other than sold artworks) will be at the expense of the artist.
- Artists will label each piece of work with name, size, title, price, and medium.
- Artists must provide an email for payment, their tax number (if applicable) and the tax percentage in their home province.
- Artists will receive 50% commission of all artworks sold in the show.
- Exhibition contracts will be sent out after artworks have been accepted and artist have been notified.
- ALL ARTWORKS MUST BE ORIGINALS. Copies of any kind will not be accepted.
