Wayne was born in Toronto and is a self-taught artist. He worked as a commercial artist for a few years which led to a career in the fine art field.
Most of Wayne’s paintings are done with acrylics, however, he also uses oils, watercolours or gouache. Wayne paints various sized works mostly on canvas and occasionally will use masonite or illustration board. Subject matter varies – including still-life, landscapes and figurative work.
